The website is organised in the same way as our catalogue, so if you go to the Find a Product page you will be able to search for what you want, either by catalogue section, by catalogue page or by keyword. If you can't find what you're looking for in the Find a Product section, check the Buy Online section too.

When you have the list of products you can add them to your shopping basket by clicking the Add to Order button. "Amend" lets you change the quantity if you need to and "Remove" will take that item off your order.

When you’ve completed your order, click the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for your delivery details. If you are a credit account holder then enter your account number here and you will be invoiced in the normal way. If you qualify for special discounts these will be applied to your invoice so the final amount may be less than shown on the shopping basket.

Carriage charges will be added in the normal way once we receive your order.

If you don’t have an account with us we will contact you to confirm your order and arrange payment before we ship.
