12 APRIL RE-OPENING
Normal opening hours will apply from 12th April.
Potclays is committed to your health and safety and that of our staff. To enable us to open safely, we ask for your support in the following:-Please...
- Do not enter if you have symptoms of COVID-19
- Wear a face covering. These are compulsory whilst inside the building.
- Sanitise your hands at the stations provided.
- Maintain a 2 metre distance from other customers and staff whilst browsing or queuing.
- Avoid touching items and surfaces unnecessarily.
- Stand in front of the screen at our front desk to allow our staff to serve you safely.
- Observe our one-way system: Exit via the side door as instructed by our staff.
When collecting goods, you must...
- Wait in the showroom to be notified that your order is ready at our collection point.
- Avoid personal contact and maintain a distance of at least 2 metres at all times.
- Open your vehicle and retreat to a distance whilst our staff are loading your goods.
- Alternatively make it known to a member of staff if you would prefer to load without staff assistance.
To enable safe distancing, only 6 people are permitted inside the showroom at any one time. We ask that other members of your household wait outside/in your vehicle to allow others to browse and shop safely.
We will have a single toilet available for customer use. Refreshments are unavailable at the present time.
