Order Turnaround Times

We are continuing to experience extremely high order volumes, but are working hard to minimise any delays.

• We are currently turning around parcel orders (Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD) within 10 working days, but often much sooner.
• Please allow up to 14 working days for pallet orders.
• We are despatching as quickly as we can, but please understand that any courier/haulier delays as a result of the current climate are outside of our control.
