Ready to Use Clear Glaze

Colorobbia Superclear Dipping Glaze comes pre-mixed and only requires a thorough stir before application to achieve a flawless finish. Add water only if necessary to maintain its original viscosity. For best results, use within a short period to preserve quality and consistency.

Perfect for coating bisque-fired wares, the Superclear formula enhances underglaze decoration without muting colours, making it ideal for pottery painting, china painting overlays, and lustre or gold work. With a coefficient of thermal expansion of 59–60 x 10⁻⁷, it is compatible with most common ceramic bodies.

Formulated to provide a durable, professional surface finish, this non-toxic glaze is safe for dinnerware when fired correctly and delivers consistent results even in large-scale production. It is suitable for use in electric kilns at 960°C–1,060°C, with a recommended firing range of 1,000°C–1,015°C (Cone 06/04).
