Christmas Closure 2025

Please have a read of this important information about our last orders and closure dates.
Potclays is closed from 11am on Tuesday 23 December, reopening on Monday 5 January, during which time our team won’t be available to process orders or respond to any enquiries.
If you have any questions at all in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Our factory, offices and showrooms will re-open on Monday 05/01/26 (see our Contact Page for business hours)
Orders for Delivery
We're expecting a 40ft container delivery from the USA in early December which will cause some delays to order processing, so to give us the best chance of getting your order to you before Christmas, we ask that you please place your online orders by Sunday 14 December at the very latest. We will make every effort to despatch orders required for Christmas in good time. If you miss the deadline and have an urgent need, please speak to us - we will do our very best to accommodate.
Orders for Collection
Orders for collection must be placed as early as possible for the same reason. To give us the best chance of preparing your order for collection before Christmas, we ask that you place your online orders by Sunday 14 December at the very latest. As a reminder, our showrooms and collection point are open to visitors until 3:00pm on Monday 22/12/25.
Gift Vouchers Available Now
VOUCHERS BY EMAIL
We guarantee email delivery of e-vouchers for Christmas right up until close of business on Friday 19/12/25. Vouchers are available in multiples of £25, £50 or £100 and are valid for 12 months.
VOUCHERS BY POST
A small £2 P&P charge applies. Printed vouchers can be personalised with a short handwritten message up to 50 characters. For 1st Class post, order your voucher by close of business on Thursday 18/12/25.
