164-APA - Apache

This clay recipe was developed by Felipe Ortega who is of Apache descent. It reproduces the old tradition of micaceous clay pottery from over 400 years ago. The body is composed of white mica and low coefficient red clays. Mica offers elasticity and a unique appearance. Authentic Apache characteristics are achieved when the clay is wood fired. Supplied in a 12.5kg bag.
