Order Turnaround Updates

24/06/24 Parcels and pallets are both up to 7 working days' turnaround at present. Smaller parcels are being despatched more quickly so please be prepared for earlier arrival! Please note 'working days' excludes weekends, bank holidays and shutdown periods. 

20/05/24 Due to the arrival of our container shipments and subsequent clearing of back-orders, delivery turnaround times are temporarily extended to up to 10 working days for both parcels and pallets. Thanks for your patience. Please note 'working days' excludes weekends, bank holidays and shutdown periods. 

08/04/24 We have reduced our turnaround time considerably for DHL parcels and these orders are now arriving within 5 working days. However larger more complex palletised orders are still taking up to 10 working days. Please note 'working days' excludes weekends, bank holidays and shutdown periods. 

15/02/24 With the arrival of our container shipment from the USA, we have temporarily slightly longer delivery lead times as staff have been diverted to unpacking and checking off goods and fulfilling back orders. Delivery turnaround aim for in-stock orders is up to 10 working days for parcels and pallets. 04/01/24 We've returned today after the Christmas break and have a large number of orders to process. Our order turnaround aim is 10 working days until we have caught up with the backlog. Thanks for your understanding.
