July 2026: Our standard lead times for UK deliveries are 3-7 working days for parcels and 5-10 working days for pallet orders. However, we're currently working hard to stay ahead of demand so delivery times for both parcels and pallets may be much quicker than stated – often within 1–3 working days. If you have a specific deadline, please email us and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your request. Please note that 'working days' excludes weekends, bank holidays and shutdown periods.
