Order Turnaround Updates

With the arrival of container shipments we often have a large number of backorders to fulfil. This is the case currently, therefore we will be temporarily be working on extended turnaround times. We will clear the backorders as quickly as we can, and hopefully resume normal service soon.

Delivery lead times are up to 7 working days for parcels and up to 10 working days for larger, mixed pallet orders. Wherever possible, will we despatch sooner. If you have a specific deadline, please email us and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your request. Please note that 'working days' excludes weekends, bank holidays and shutdown periods.
