KE 100 N

The ROHDE KE-N kiln series comprises six models with kiln sizes between 100 and 480 litres. The heating elements are recessed into the firebricks on all five wall sides.

The KE-N Frontloader series has been designed for workshop and school applications. Recessing the heating elements in grooved bricks protects them when the kiln is being charged and allows even distribution of heat throughout the firing chamber.

It enables us to apply very economic production methods which again leads to attractive pricing. The firing results can be compared to those of a kiln with heating elements mounted on rods. Of course we have incorporated the unique features of all ROHDE Frontloaders into this kiln series:

• The entire steel construction is in-frame ventilated preventing corrosion and at the same time reducing surface temperatures.
• The insulation consists of two layers. We use only high-quality, reduction-resistant insulating firebricks inside the firing chamber.
• We also use our proven ROHDE ceiling construction system which has been used successfully for more than 20 years. The combination of ceiling supports made from high-quality industrial ceramics and precision-fitted insulating firebricks prevents any particles falling from the ceiling onto the goods.
