White & Black Form (2013)

Hand built coiled and slabbed Premium Craft Crank 153-3114 with the addition of porcelain slip,manganese and copper oxides. Initially once-fired to 1280C in a reduction firing and subsequently re-fired with further additions of oxides. Attached to the slabbed ceramic base with stainless steel fittings.
