Potclays will have a stand at this year's Art in Clay at Royal Windsor Racecourse from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 August. Regrettably, due to vehicle weight restrictions we are unable to bring along pre-orders as we normally do.
Government Lifting of Covid Restrictions Planned for Monday 19 July
With the lifting of Covid restrictions planned for Monday 19 July 2021, we would like to confirm that as a company we will be continuing with our current Covid safety measures. Staff will continue to mask-wear outside of their work bubbles and when serving customers. We would kindly request that visitors to our premises continue to wear a mask indoors, and sanitise their hands on entering and leaving. If you have a medical exemption, please do discuss this with a member of the team. We feel strongly that these measures will continue to protect both our workforce and our customers, and enable us to continue serving you with minimal interruption. We thank you for your understanding.

Brexit and our European Customers
Potclays has many years of experience with exporting goods worldwide. Following Brexit there are additional requirements in exporting goods, but we are managing these and successfully delivering our products to overseas customers post-Brexit.
Clay Production
Our Production team are experiencing a number of challenges at the moment which are affecting scheduling and causing stock shortages of some clay bodies.
Kiln Servicing/Site Visits
We're receiving regular enquiries regarding kiln servicing and site visits. Unfortunately, due to current government restrictions and shortage of resources we have had to suspend all site visits for the time being.
