Sibelco Black Stoneware 162-2005

• Recommended firing range 1000-1240C (Cone 06-7)
• Indicative texture 1-2 (Smooth 1-Coarse 10)
• Sibelco Black Stoneware (Nigra 2005) is a deep black stoneware body that is ideal for modelling.
• Contains 20% 0-0.5mm black grog
• The clay vitrifies from 1200°C upwards. 
• Supplied in a 10kg pack.

• Drying shrinkage 5.5%
• Fired shrinkage at 1200c 7.6%
• Water absorption at 1200c 3%
• CTE 20-400: 6.8
• CTE 20-500: 7.2
• CTE 20-600: 8.2

To comply with RHA regulations concerning tail-lift deliveries (where there is no fork-lift truck available at the delivery point) the maximum net weight of clay we are now permitted to pack on standard pallet is 950kg (76 x 12.5kg bags of clay). To achieve the best price for your clay, please add the full 1000kg to your cart when checking out and we will make the necessary weight adjustment/refund when we receive the order.
