814-6050 Potclays Zonemaster MultiZone Kiln Controller complete in Wallbox.

The Zonemaster controller accepts types R, S and K thermocouples for use up to 1320°C. It can be used as a high specification single zone controller or for optimizing temperature uniformity within multi-zone kilns (a separate thermocouple is needed for each zone). It can be programmed either by simply entering a cone number for accurate heatwork, or by specifying up to 10 segments each with two ramps, two soaks and one damper/fan instruction. Nine programs can be stored. Ramps can be full on, soaks can be indefinite. Features include delay start, re-program during firing, segment skip, damper & alarm outputs, extensive error detection and handling. Displays each zone temp, energy usage & cost, cone lookup table. The Zonemaster is available in panel form or as a complete stand-alone control box. The Zonemaster is available in panel form (code 814- 6065); as a kit of panel, transformer and relays (code 814-6060); or as a complete assembled stand-alone control box (no external contactor needed on kilns below 20amps) (code 814-6050).
