Hello everyone! As Christmas approaches, we’d like to inform you of the following important dates. Potclays is closed from Friday 22 December to Thursday 4 January, during which time our team won’t be available to process orders or respond to any enquiries. Orders for Delivery

We’re experiencing very high demand, so to give us the best chance of getting your order to you before Christmas, we ask that you please place your order by close of business on Wednesday 13/12/23. We will make every effort to despatch orders required for Christmas in good time.

Orders for collection must be placed as early as possible. We’re experiencing very high demand, so to give us the best chance of preparing your order for collection before Christmas, we ask that you place it by close of business on Wednesday 13/12/23. As a reminder, our showrooms and collection point are open to visitors until 3pm on Thursday 21/12/23.

VOUCHERS BY EMAIL

We guarantee email delivery of gift vouchers for Christmas until 3:00pm on Thursday 21/12/23. Vouchers are available in multiples of £25, £50 or £100, can be personalised with a short message, and are valid for 12 months.

VOUCHERS BY POST

A small £1.50 P&P charge applies. For 1st Class, Royal Mail’s last recommended posting date is Wednesday 20/12/23.
